Stops your weak to Gyarados, physical Kingdra and Lucario to an extent, Reflect helps support your team. Which your in dire need of. This can also combat most physical salamence pretty easily with t-wave and then you can finish it with Heatran or Tar.

Blissey without Def evs is rofl

252 DEF / 176 SP.DEF / 80 SP.Att nao !(Btw HP evs do nothing on blissey, wow 6% difference, when max def gives you ~130% more physical endurance so you dont die to tackle =)).

Kingdra : -

Kingdra wants Outrage or whats the point in using it over a DD Return/Waterfall Gyarados ? =/. So yeah use Outrage and does it matter about getting locked in ? Since like nothing can revenge you due to the bulk and one weakness and you'll be behind a sub anyways lol.

Ev spread is stupid on Tar : - 104 speed / 154 sp.att / 252 att <--Lets you beat Scarf Hera after a Rock Polish, use a Life Orb or Expert Belt too since t-tar is too bulky for sash.


Heatran : -

Use Timid or you cant revenge Skymin if it hax's Blissey or sub seeds it to death. (Which seems to happen ALL the time >_>)

Also put Stealth Rock >> Failposion. Since Stealth Rock at least does something useful. Explosion does 2 damage to everything >_>.

HP ice is still better than dragon pulse and why do you need to hit Kingdra when Celebi counters it fine ? Dragon Pulse DOESNT ohko any dragon and stuff like mence and nite will just go lolololol ownt.

Lack of fighting resist is ehhh, but with Reflect on Celebi, Hippow and with a revenge killer, you should be able to cope.
