    A few weeks ago when platinum came out on shoddy I noticed that I completely failed at. So in an attempt to get at it a friend (who was having the same problem) and I constructed a team together and here's the product:

    Artemis (Shaymin-s) @ Leftovers
    Ability: Serene Grace
    EVs: 252 Spd/252 SAtk
    Timid nature (+Spd, -Atk)
    - Substitute
    - Air Slash
    - Seed Flare
    - Earth Power

    The little beast of OU sporting a nifty sub set. Predict the switch, sub, then safely abuse Air Slash/Seed Flare/Earth Power. Nothing too special here. @ Leftovers so it can stay health if SS is in effect.

    Hades (Tyranitar) (M) @ Leftovers
    Ability: Sand Stream
    EVs: 252 Atk/252 Spd
    Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
    - Dragon Dance
    - Crunch
    - Stone Edge
    - Earthquake

    Standard DDtar. It's slow but powerful, and does a damn good job of cleaning up late game when the bulky waters/grounds are gone. It's one of my favorite DDers as well as additions to this team.

    Ability: Pressure
    EVs: 252 HP/252 Def
    Bold nature (+Def, -Atk)
    - Calm Mind
    - Surf
    - Hidden Power [Electric]
    - Rest

    Max defense cune to deal with those pesky scizors going around. HP [Elc] for gyara.

    Zeus (Zapdos) @ Leftovers
    Ability: Pressure
    EVs: 252 HP/126 SAtk/132 SDef
    Bold nature (+Def, -Atk)
    - Thunderbolt
    - Thunder Wave
    - Hidden Power [Ice]
    - Roost

    My skymin counter plain and simple. It could be problematic to this team but zapdos helps with that. Tankish EV spread. T-wave for some reliable crippling. Simple and effective.

    Gaea (Gliscor) (M) @ Leftovers
    Ability: Sand Veil
    EVs: 252 HP/138 Atk/120 Spd
    Jolly nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
    - Swords Dance
    - Stealth Rock
    - Earthquake
    - Ice Fang

    My modified gliscor. It's primary purpose is to set SR, deal with adamant luc, and "sweep" with SD. This was actually my buds contribution and so far the only the thing that may need a complete overhaul, but TBH it's been working and I don't have any complaints.

    Last but not least, that steel-bug that everyone knows and loves, the ever reliable scizor. His set is self-explanatory.

    As of now my only major threat seems to be DD kingdra.
