Platinum: Planned semi Rain Dance team

Heya guys, this is what I currently got planned for a team. I can't decide whether I should give my Sceptile a special or a physical moveset and whether I should use Armaldo or Relicanth.

I recommend evolving Electabuzz to Electivire with this moveset-

Rain Dance
Thunder
HP Ice
Psychic

Replace Sword Dance with Dragon Dance on Feraligatr. It will help him a lot.
Use the special set of Sceptile. You have too many physical attackers.
Why are you using Ninetales in Rain? Replace it with Swift Swim Floatzel-

Bulk Up
Waterfall
Ice Punch
Crunch/Return/Brick Break

Zangoose looks fine.
Use Swift Swim Armaldo because it can be deadly compared to Relicanth.

I recommend evolving Electabuzz to Electivire with this moveset.

I'm not too fond of Electivire, if I'd use him, I'd use a physical set instead. Thunder wave is more important than HP Ice (Crippling the opponent so I can set up more safely.)

Replace Sword Dance with Dragon Dance on Feraligatr. It will help him a lot.

He doesn't need any help help outspeeding potential threats so far...

Use the special set of Sceptile.

No. Ninetails is there to provide some coverage outside of the rain. Plus I don't like Floatzel and Feraligatr covers the same types already.

Zangoose looks fine.
Use Swift Swim Armaldo because it can be deadly compared to Relicanth.

Swift Swim Armaldo is only obtainable in genV, this is a Platinum team. =/

Sorry for my silly mistake and if you didn't liked my tips. I was just helping you a bit.
Also you may use rain dance on more pokemon because if your rain dance users faints, then your team will loose its power.
