I want to change milotic and gogoat with something more competitive that will help my team! Please give me some feedback. The rest of the team works fine, they are awesome. Scizor is awesome as a sweeper, azumarill helps him clean the field while talonflame takes on some threats they can't win like mega venusaur, ferrothorn etc.. Anyway, Milotic and Gogoat are good too but I think if I switch them with actual OU Pokemon my team may get better.

Have you considered bulky Swords Dance Scizor? It can use its bulk to set up multiple Swords Dances (up to 3 of course) before going for a sweep:
    -Swords Dance
    -Bullet Punch
    -Superpower/Knock Off/U-turn
    -Roost
    Nature: Impish
    EVs: 248 HP/84 Atk/176 SDef
    Item: Scizorite

Choice Band Azumarill runs enough Speed EVs to outspeed min Speed Tyranitar, so the EV spread should be 164 HP/252 Atk/92 Spe.

I really have no idea what Gogoat is doing on an OU team like this. I mean, what does it do that other Grass Pokemon can't? Ferrothorn, Chesnaught and Breloom are better alternatives because the former two have good support capabilities, while the latter hits harder and has access to priority:

    Ferrothorn:
    -Stealth Rock/Spikes
    -Leech Seed
    -Power Whip/Protect
    -Gyro Ball/Thunder Wave
    Nature: Relaxed
    EVs: 252 HP/88 Def/168 SDef
    Item: Leftovers/Shed Shell
    Ability: Iron Barbs

    Chesnaught:
    -Spikes
    -Leech Seed
    -Wood Hammer/Spiky Shield
    -Drain Punch
    Nature: Impish
    EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Bulletproof

    or
    -Substitute
    -Belly Drum
    -Seed Bomb/Rock Slide
    -Drain Punch
    Nature: Jolly
    EVs: 12 HP/244 Atk/252 Spe
    Item: Salac Berry

    Breloom:
    -Bullet Seed
    -Mach Punch
    -Rock Tomb
    -Spore
    Nature: Adamant/Jolly
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Focus Sash
    Ability: Technician

Milotic doesn't have much to offer over its fellow bulky Water Pokemon. You already have a bulky Water in Azumarill anyways, so support Heatran is an alternative:
    -Lava Plume
    -Toxic
    -Taunt/Roar
    -Stealth Rock/Earth Power/Protect
    Nature: Calm
    EVs: 248 HP/192 SDef/68 Spe
    Item: Leftovers

    or
    -Lava Plume/Fire Blast
    -Taunt
    -Toxic
    -Stealth Rock
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 248 HP/8 SAtk/252 Spe (Lava Plume) or 4 Def/252 SAtk/252 Spe (Fire Blast)
    Item: Air Balloon/Leftovers

Swords Dance Talonflame now uses a Jolly nature to outspeed Raikou to hit it hard with Flare Blitz before it gets KOed by Thunderbolt: 88 HP/252 Atk/168 Spe is the spread to go for in this case.
