Most of my team is chosen on a whim but I mostly like rush-down sweeper tactics also Ledian I have a attachment to being a physical attacker sweeper so bare with my idiocy please and Thank-Q for all advice :3

Is this for in-game or full-on competitive battling? You have plenty of questionable choices here, like Ledian and Dunsparce, which are very mediocre at best to downright terrible at worst in serious play.

Kinda both honestly (mostly multi-player) I'm learning competitive play little by little and I just really like Ledian and Dunsparce but suggestions for competitive Pokémon are appreciated

I would solely keep this to in game play if I were you, but everyone has their certain way of how they approach competitive play. If you do want to go for competitive play figure out which metagame/tier whatever it is you want to play in and do some research.

But if you want some simple in game help here ya go:
Give venusaur sludge bomb and Giga Drain > venoshock and petal dance and sleep powder > toxic if you want.

Earthquake + dragon claw/outrage > dig + dragon rush on Garchomp. Consider poison jab for fairy coverage but you already have venusaur and magnezone for that.

Other than that there's not much to rate on an in game team and you have very little to work with for competitive without overhauling the team completely.

If you want to figure out EVs just get a reset bag in super training. Save, reset EVs, note them down, restart.
