    Scizor @ Focus Sash
    Ability: Technician
    EVs: 248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 SpD
    Adamant Nature
    - Protect
    - Bullet Punch
    - Swords Dance
    - Superpower

    Luxray @ Choice Scarf
    Ability: Intimidate
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
    Naive Nature
    - Volt Switch
    - Ice Fang
    - Superpower
    - Crunch

    Greninja @ Life Orb
    Ability: Protean
    EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
    Naive Nature
    - Surf
    - Ice Beam
    - Dark Pulse
    - Grass Knot

    Aegislash @ Weakness Policy
    Ability: Stance Change
    EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD
    Brave Nature
    - King's Shield
    - Shadow Sneak
    - Swords Dance
    - Iron Head

    Blaziken @ Blazikenite
    Ability: Speed Boost
    EVs: 80 HP / 252 Atk / 176 Spe
    Jolly Nature
    - Protect
    - Flare Blitz
    - High Jump Kick
    - Stone Edge

    Goodra @ Assault Vest
    Ability: Gooey
    EVs: 248 HP / 252 SpA / 8 SpD
    Modest Nature
    - Draco Meteor
    - Fire Blast
    - Sludge Bomb
    - Dragon Tail

I usually lead with Greninja and Luxray for the coverage and intimidate. With Blaziken I typically use protect and go mega so that I can capitalize on the speed boost. Aegislash with weakness policy wrecks most teams. Goodra is a good switch in to a special sweeper with assault vest. Scizor is in my opinion the weakest link, but he still makes a good revenge killer. I have problems with flying types and trick room teams though. Please advise.

That was actually an error from when I transferred the text from Smogon. Mine is brave.

Is this a cartridge team or a Showdown! team?

Scizor is too bulky for Focus Sash. Its Mega Evolution does better than its regular form unless it's the Choice Band variant:
    -Swords Dance
    -Bullet Punch
    -X-Scissor/Bug Bite/Brick Break/Knock Off
    -Roost
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 248 HP/44 Atk/116 Def/108 SDef or 252 HP/252 Atk/4 SDef
    Item: Scizorite/Leftovers
    Abiilty: Light Metal/Technician

    or
    -Swords Dance
    -Bullet Punch
    -Bug Bite/X-Scissor/Knock Off
    -Superpower/Brick Break
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 SDef/252 Spe
    Item: Scizorite/Life Orb
    Ability: Light Metal/Technician

    or
    -U-turn
    -Bullet Punch
    -Superpower/Brick Break
    -Pursuit/Knock Off
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 248 HP/252 Atk/8 SDef
    Item: Choice Band
    Ability: Technician

    or
    -Bullet Punch
    -U-turn/Knock Off/Superpower
    -Defog
    -Roost
    Nature: Impish
    EVs: 248 HP/252 Def/8 SDef
    Item: Scizorite
    Ability: Technican

Luxray sucks, big-time. Mega Manectric has Intimidate as well, but it packs better Speed and offensive presence. Using Mega Manectric means finding other items besides Scizorite and Focus Sash for Scizor to use; the Choice Band Scizor pairs well with Mega Manectric, due to forming the Volt-Turn core:
    -Thunderbolt
    -Volt Switch
    -Overheat
    -Hidden Power (Ice)
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 4 Def/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Manectite
    Ability: Lightning Rod

For Greninja, it needs Hydro Pump over Surf for the extra power. The accuracy may be a hassle, but Greninja needs all the power it can get, since 103 Special Attack isn't the best stat. Extrasensory is also a must-have, as it lets Greninja get past Mega Venusaur (whose Thick Fat ability makes Ice Beam a neutrality on it):
    -Hydro Pump
    -Ice Beam
    -Extrasensory
    -Dark Pulse/Hidden Power (Fire/Grass)/Grass Knot/Spikes
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb
    Ability: Protean

Aegislash is banned to Ubers. Gengar is an acceptable substitute:
    -Shadow Ball
    -Sludge Bomb/Sludge Wave
    -Focus Blast/Thunderbolt
    -Destiny Bond
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb

    or
    -Substitute
    -Shadow Ball
    -Will-o-Wisp
    -Taunt/Disable/Sludge Bomb/Sludge Wave/Focus Blast
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 28 HP/148 SAtk/80 SDef/252 Spe
    Item: Black Sludge

If this is a cartridge team, Aegislash should run the below sets, as the Swords Dance + King's Shield set is easily crippled and walled:
    -Shadow Ball
    -Shadow Sneak/Iron Head
    -Sacred Sword/Iron Head/Pursuit
    -King's Shield
    Nature: Quiet
    EVs: 244 HP/12 Def/252 SAtk
    Item: Leftovers/Spooky Plate/Spell Tag/Air Balloon

    or
    -Substitute
    -Toxic
    -Shadow Ball
    -King's Shield
    Nature: Modest
    EVs: 244 HP/12 Def/252 SAtk
    Item: Leftovers

    or
    -Shadow Ball
    -Shadow Sneak
    -Flash Cannon/Pursuit
    -Sacred Sword
    Nature: Hasty/Naive
    EVs: 4 Atk/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb

    or
    -Swords Dance
    -Shadow Sneak
    -Shadow Claw/Iron Head
    -Sacred Sword/Head Smash
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 SDef/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb

If you're using Mega Manectric, give Blaziken Life Orb and go max Attack/max Speed to outspeed as much as possible.

I use this team both on showdown and (when I get the missing pokemon) on cartridge. I like a lot of your advice, but the problem is your solutions cause 3 different pokemon to all hold a life orb. That isn't a team.

It's still a team if multiple Pokemon hold the same items. Do you play under item clause? Item clause is a totally optional thing in Showdown! and non-Battle Spot battles.

I do play under the clause
