lol, your sig says your easy to get along with. Anyway, you appear to need a (p)hazer, healbeller. I cant suggest anything that does both very well. But dont attack people who go to the effort to rate your team.
I have been using this lately:
Miltank@lefties.
Careful 152HP, 120 Sp.def, 100 Def and the rest in attack
-Heal bell
-Milk Drink
-Return/Double Edge
-Earthquake

Ability is up to choice. Can someone tell me why the hell doesnt miltank learn roar when linoone does?

you're lucky we're even posting advise...CB donphan works nicely as a spinner, or normal donphan, whichever your medium.

I'm known for spelling mistakes because I rush my typing, way to stay on topic :/

And choice specs skarmory really is a dominant sweeper in ubers.

See, the three of you (Name, Midnight, & Anti) are wrong. Why the hell would use Focus Energy & Flamethrower? It is weak on a Choice Band Mence. Rather, use Leer. It lowers defense, making his Fly 2x stronger.
 
Sorry Name, I'll stop. And Rhyperior and Skarm have different purposes, Skarm is a wall, while Rhyperior is a tank. Rhyperior gives out more damage. BTW Finally Sims, took you forever to get to all the fun!
 
Rhyperior (CBed) actually hammers skarm when it switches in.
 
I do believe Skarm has great SP.ATK. Right?

Focus punch. Even rhydon pulled it off great in 3rd gen. Get rid of milotic or Noir and put in a physical wall. Wait, you're taking advice? OMG OMG OMG
