Asking for scans is against the rules. Read them ^^
 
YOU'RE DOING IT WRONG!!!!!!111

If you want to get scans from people, you first ask if anyone HAS the manga. If someone ask, then you ask him if he could scan it on PM (never publicly). It's always how I do it and I sometimes succeed.

The way you do this is never gonna be successful.
 
So yeah this is against the rules. Be sure to read them before you post next time, porygonmaster.
