    So yeah, I got a Skorupi card the other day, and I know that Skorupi is a poison type. So needless to say I was a little shocked when I saw the card. It's classified under psychic! That's terrible. I mean, when poison was classified under grass, that added a lot of stradegy in the game, as your opponet would need more than Fire cards to totally demolish your deck. Now it's just like a regular psychic card. I'm not saying it doesn't make sense, In fact it makes a little more to me. But as far as stradegy itself, and the fact that Poison=Grass for like ten years, I wish they hadn't changed it. But yeah, Have they done that with other cards?

    I thought this was a little strange myself. They also made Skorupi's evolved form, Drapion, a psychic-type. I think Toxicroak in D&P: MT is also a psychic-type, but I'm not sure...

    All Poison Pokemon in the TCG from now on will be classified under the Psychic type, unless they have a second type which they may become in the future.

    Very few Psychic-type cards...tons of Grass-type cards.

    Makes sense.

    Plus, Psychic-type Pokémon have had a Psychic-type weakness (Poison) from the beginning. Now it actually makes sense.

    Plus, the poison sprite on Pokemon Games is Purple anyway.....

    (Even though I don't think that has anything to do with it)

    Eh, that seems kind of annoying, but as Cipher 2007 posted, it -would- kind of make sense to try to help ease the flood of the numerous Grass cards. D;
    Oh well. It's confusing but purple is a cool color anyways? ^^;
