    Well, it's unclear if he's giovanni's sun, although there is a chance, Paul is in another poke-universe so it HAS to be A there's no way it's C and only the creators know if it's B.

    Depends who you ask. Mewtwo's stat average is 13 points more than Mew... :/ But mew has an almost unlimited move pool. So I have to say A. :D
