No, it won't replace Bulbasaur.
Pokémon of the 3rd Generation will be changed, because I've started a poll in another forum and there they wanted to change 3rd Generation Pokémon.

I like the hack!
only one thing, the story is always the same... sometimes it's composed like:
you're in your room> prof. gives you your 1st poke> you battle your rival> later on, you want to be become a pokemon master

or maybe:
your mother wakes you> prof. gives you your 1st poke> you battle your rival> later on, you want to be become a pokemon master

and although, the game consits of the GSC-RSE story
maybe, adding a little spice in the game?

since i wold of only been 10 years old in 2008 and did not know pokemon rom hacking even existed, also i like exporing old content and lost media games and stuff, so i want see some older rom hacks and lost rom hacks and see if there still enjoyble these days
