This attack traps the the foe in the crumbling rocks of earth....(Attack gets stronger every use)
Cosmic Jewel

Raises Attack, defence and speed using an enchanted gem.
Magma Headbutt

DMG: 95
PP: 10
Rams the foe with a heat of magma. May burn.
Dark Jab
TYPE: DRK
DMG: 85
PP: 20
Jabs the foe with the power of darkness.
 
I'm not even sure if it's possible to make moves like this, but . . .

[Type] Advancement

Power: --
PP: 5
This move increases the power of all [Type] type moves.

Just put a Pokemon type in for all the [Type].
 
Thought of another idea last night just as I was about to fall asleep. I do not take credit for this idea, but credit instead Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Blue Rescue Team as it was what I was playing beforehand:

For Pokemon with 2 different abilities ( or even some that don't) Allow the Pokemon to have BOTH at the same time.

@Bakuphoon: I like them both, but here's an idea for Shaymin: everyone's seen a sprite of it just standing there. How about a sprite with it verbing, such as running, jumping, standing on 2 feet? Just my thoughts on it.
 
Can you seperate attack's to Physical, Special and Other like in D/P games?
 
Yeah, it's like that already - if you look at this screen, you can see that each attack has a Physical/Special/Other sign.

FIRE REBIRTH <like for Moltres, Ho-oh, Charizard, maybe another fire/flying pokemons> <Other>

Restores 1/2 of user's max HP.

WILDVINE <like for Bellsprout, Carnivine, maybe another grass pokemons> <Other>

I'm definitely going to give it a shot. Great tutorial btw. My scanner's broke, so I guess I'll have to find a pic of the Pokemon.. I think I'll start with something easy like Bidoof. Or Buneary.

Well, here it is.. I actually decided to use Drifloon. This is my first time to use Paint.net and to rescratch a sprite, so it probably isn't that good.

EDIT: I forgot to change the black and right to the official colours, so I just did.

I think I'd be better off just sticking to design. My hand's shaky a lot, and it makes detailed things really hard. The program is really cool, though. Perhaps some day I'll try spriting.

Doomsday

Deals an instant KO to all pokemon that are currently in battle including yours

Raises user's Attack by 2 stages, but decreases user's Defense and Sp.Defense by 1 stage.

RUST RAGE <like for most steel pokemons> <Physical>
Type: Steel
PWR: 120
PP:15
Can be used only when user used Rust; 1/4 damage recoil.
 
No offense, Glacier, but that's a bit overpowered - like Explosion, but OHKOs everything, never misses, and isn't resisted by Ghost.
Skele, those are some cool ideas you have, but remember that there is a 12-letter limit on move, ability and item names.
Houndoomed, that is awesome! The shading on its body needs to be a bit more rounded though.
The Smell - I modified your sprite a bit :P

sugimora stuff uses a lot of colors cuz they r usually fadint into each other adding about 10 colors right there
 
I only take the main colours though. You'll notice that the art uses two or three main tones - these are what I use, not the colours in between. See below.

The only colour I added which didn't have a corresponding shade on the sprite was the darkest shade of blue on Lombre.
