[Completed] Pokémon: Blossom of the Soul

Thank you! I can't help with all crashes because they seem to be random which means it's a pain for me to fix. Crashes in my games should be gone in my next game!
 
Don't worry about it.It's just random.I don't expect you to find and solve all crashes as that's part of creating games(cough cough throwing a stone at cyberpunk 2077*😁).Can't ever have a 100% game.
I am enjoying it whole heartily.This are the most fun i had in a very long time and as i usually do i grind a lot.The amount of work and dedication in your game is amazing.Hopefully you share more of your brilliance in your up and coming games :)

Edit:Ok i fixed the crashes as it became unplayable.I use 2 different key mappers so i can play pokémon with a controller.It should not make a difference either way.I think this was the culprit.But i closed anything that runs in the background msi afterburner etc.Works like a charm now.Expect for antimicro which i use to map the keys

Hey.Do i get dive from the beach club in monelo?Cause i can't finish quest.After buying herb game stuck.The pokémon squick then just black screen.
Ok got it sorted.Walked into the casino walked out and enter beach club and it works.Funny fix 😁

I tried evolving my toxel into toxtricity
but the game crashed and showed this:

I've had no recent issues with a Toxel, and neither did players. That bug happened in older versions of the game though.

Thanks for playing! Sorry but no Dusk Lycanroc here. I tested it and it made the game act oddly. My next game for sure will have it!

However, after restarting the game (and crashing with F12) it turns out that there is no savegame at all. My "Save" folder just has a couple of screenshots titled capture00x.bmp and a "Pokemon" file which appears to be empty. Am I not supposed to use F8 to save? Or is this a bug? That bummed me out a little, I grinded quite a bit for that Modest Misdreavus and that Adamant Rookidee :D

Save using the regular way or by pressing V. I can't say why pressing F8 to save works because I always said use V from the start.
 
How do I progress in Calamont Town? I am doing a single pokemon run, and I cannot teach my pokemon (Mewtwo) cut, so I can't cut the trees next to the Marathon Island Hospital where I suppose I should go.

You can get hedge clippers in Mandarin Town. You must have missed it.
 
Hey Everybody,

I'm new to this and above all do not want to download malware in my excitement.

So I have a dumb question... Where can the newest version of Blossom of the Soul be downloaded safely???

Also, recently downloaded Sienna version as a .ips file. Does anyone know if those types of files require an ips patcher tool such as lunar ips?

Obviously, I'm learning as I go, but any little bit of help will be much appreciated. Reading this thread has been very interesting and it's nice to see that it's still alive and well. Props to you @DrawnToast and those who've helped you on this. I'm very excited to check it out!

It's safe to download it on the link I gave here. It's Google Drive, and despite what it says, it's fine. I only have the mediafire as a backup for peoplw who can't use Drive.

Also, this is a fan game not a ROM hack, so a Lunar IPS file isn't used. Just download and play.

I can't progress in the Dendron Town Gym. I have defeated everyone but nothing happened, so I checked some gameplay videos on Youtube to see what to do. Apparently after the first battle it's supposed to go dark and go back to the statue and then it's pretty straightforward after that, but it didn't happen in my game and I just beat all students and teachers and can't progress. Is there anything I can do, is the puzzle different in the latest version? I tried interacting with things but I can't find anything.

Nope, I didn't change the puzzle. People played my game and haven't encountered any issues. So... I'm really not sure what's going on with your game.
