I'll admit that I like Pokemon the day everyone else likes it. >:

Pokemon anime isnt rubbish... Pokemon isnt meant to be full of graphical scenes like a final fantasy movie or whatever. I like it how it is at the moment. I think that Nintendo should make a pokemon game with more than just one world in =)

Gold/Silver/Crystal anyone?


The Anime is too kiddish for my likes. A Pokémon anime with a decent character design and... umm... Pokémon Colosseum/Gale of Darkness plot would be interesting. Actually, I would even watch it. But the anime like it is right now, 90% devoted to ages 8 and under, it's not good. It's just that Nintendo doesn't get it. Or maybe they think the success will last forever.

Sevii Islands are a bother. FireRed and LeafGreen would still do well without them. [Although I like the remixed G/S/C BGMs]. Nintendo, as an industry company, is only interested in money. But do you think they would get less money by making a more mature Pokémon Anime? Not me. They don't need to stop showing the actual Anime, but you got it.

Like I said, if you could have a Pokemon anime with characters like ones from Cardcaptors of Shakugan no Shana and all that, you'd love Pokemon til you died, and still love it wherever you go after you die.

Now that would be right. And not only the characters, but it would have a hell of more action. I don't see what's exciting about Pikachu always defeating other things. Actually, I don't know what's exciting about Pikachu. If Ash was a stupid normal trainer [aka: He doesn't meet Legendary Beasts, he doesn'thave an invicible Pokémon, he travels alone and has furious battles.] everything in the aniem could've been better. Maybe he could meet Legendaries, but only in Movies and such. Only.

i really want a nintendo event to come to the UK. Its not fair the americans get everything.

Yeah, That would be good. I would be able to go to one then. But then that wouldn't be fair on the other places that wouldn't have one. So I personally think that it is better that they just stay in some areas of Amercia. It would cause less hassell for Nintendo. As people would be saying. "You can go to England, But you can't come here" etc. So its better in some perspective that they are not all over the place.

I agree... and Ash actually used to be a stupid, self-centered coward (for an incredible one season long time -.-). He used to be my favorite character in the anime, but now I just hate him >.< All characters have been losing their personality lately. I hear Misty isn't bossing Ash around in the frontier saga anymore and the reason I liked her was because of her temper D= But there are more reasons why the anime sucks so badly nowadays, like the plot for example. 'Yea, let's go beat the snot out of the gym leaders in every region and lose in the Pokémon league so we can go explore another region and get our butts kicked again >.<'

Like drummershuff said, it would cause a fuss elsewhere and if they'd start organizing events in England just because people there think it's unfair Americans get everything, soon people from other countries would start complaining and if they'd follow their will too, even more countries would start complaining and soon they'd have to organize so many events they wouldn't have the money for it -_- And look who's complaining, the only event here in Finland was the one to get Mew in the R/B/Y games, but you don't hear me complain. Atleast you had the Deoxys event in the UK -.-

My thoughts exactly ... and I heavily agree with the Misty thing. Her bossing around was the only good thing that was left in the anime at one point. Then they replace her with a girly girl person, and it all goes downhill. >:

IMO, i think Nintendo get more money from the games and the cards..how many of you do watch pokemon? i can only watch it when it comes on toonami or cartoon network...:laugh: But i never see it on normal channels here in england {1,2,3,4} maybe on 4 sometimes like 1 a year 4 in the morning :(
