So if I remember correctly, you have to go to the Cafe in the Rift, which is accessible by the waterfall near the pokemon league, then go to the house, Then [DATA EXPUNGED] would leave, then you'd have to find him the that map alone, it's very small so it wont take much time, so if you find him, get ready for the cheesing-est boss in the game,
HIS Team:
Basically 6 Qmarks, use the strat from the one you fight Grimm, but save before the fight if you think you'd make any mistakes.

After you beat his, "team" he would go to the bar, and another fight begins if you talk to him

I actually haven't gotten the prism key yet. I went to the icy cave and atop the waterfall to find the shard of Arceus but couldn't find it there.

You sure? It's actually on the skeleton. You have to stand on the skeleton and press C/Enter/Spacebar.

Go to Professor Almond's Lab. There will be a black box there from which you'll get an old cellphone. Now dial that once you get it.

Ethers can be obtained via mining in Krystolny or by Pickup.

LOL, I thought that it would be on the skeleton or I had to stand beside the skeleton and then press c. thanks again bro. Also how do you go to cloudy ruins? Can't seem to find a way.

Anytime. As for Cloudy Ruins, you have to access it via Roarin Island - fast travel to Roarin, then go all the way down and surf right from there.

Meteorite ones I collected the ruins of ishet and teren ruins one but I don't know about the other too. Also what's the deal with the empyrean in teren ruins

Have you checked the Asutra Museum? There is one meteorite shard in there, and also Alia? Well there isn't much to say about this, but she is there for some reason, most supposedly for the symbol at the middle.

Edit: To specify, the meteorite shard is in one of the bookshelves.

You don't need anymore shards, you only need 3,
Trade those 3 shards to the shadyman in the Krystolony mines, make sure it is CRUSHED
then go to the Roarin Island house, where you make the stardust crystal. Then fight the guy in there
 
I actually don't know the order of this quest at all. So can you mind telling me what to do since I was looking at other posts and it got me so confused

I assume that you have gotten the Old cellphone and called it? And that you got the "special" item from the auction in Sylen city sewers, so next you got to go trade the special item in the Sylen library to the Shadyman, then he would give you a coin, whatever you do, DONT SELL IT but instead call the cellphone again, then he should tell you what to do next
 
How does trading work in this game? Like can I trade Pokemon from one save file to another? For example I have a save file from pre-league and one from the post game. Can I trade Pokemons from the pre-league save file to the post-league one?

Yes, you can, just transfer the "trade_pokemon" file to the other file.
