It does feel like cheating. Actually it is cheating in a way. Anyhow I wanted the cards for the Prism Tower hike. But I already started the Tower. So plan dismissed.

You can't trade to yourself. IIRC, it will brick the Pokemon and you won't ever be able to use it. What you have to do is trade it to someone else from a previous save file and then that person can trade it back to you to your current save file. Do you need something? I'll be willing to trade with you.
Yeah. They're inaccessible post future-1 IIRC.

For A vault in the factorial town factory 1, you have to use surf to access it. BTW the password is in ASCII code.

Well since it will become "useless", the item won't be lost, it would stay there, hypothetically if you brick the pokemon, then won't be able to Access it, then the item would be lost.

What is the best way to get the zircon key I already got the other two and what does the reward of the corruption quest do.

Well the only way to get the zircon key is to get from a wild dhelmise. And it's a damn pain. The Reward of beating corruption is one the ultimate items.
