[Question] Pokémon Essentials look for Free Mystery Gift Host

Do any of you know a Place where i can uploud and change an .txt in a way that Pokémon Essentials can use it?
I am needed it so i can have an Mystery Gift feature with active changes and such

Essentials doesn't have the ability to open sites with https://. Changing the link to https://pastebin.com/raw/3SSQJMFr will allow it to download the file.
