Can you list them out individually? Some of Ash's rivals don't have regular battles in the game and if they're league only, it's a pain having to go that far in order to list them out.

As you can see, the actual league stuff in Hoenn EGC is left out because none of the battles are listed for it.
 
Also, I'm guessing all leagues end with Ash fighting the person Ash lost against, right? I just really wish the league trainers were listed.

Loving the game so far, only 3/4 of the way through Kanto. Just curious on a couple things I couldn't find out by searching the thread.

If the out of battle effect for sync is applied in game? Also if Ev reducing berries are available at some point.

Yes as in sinnoh it's tobias I think unova was cameron hoenn I remember it was Tyson Johto Harrison kanto Richie kalos Alain
 
You added celadon city twice in the map and there's no cerulean city I know where it is but it says celadon city

It says that Ash fights 5 trainers in the Lilly of the Valley Conference, even though he only fights 4:

Also, apparently Ash is supposed to fight 5 trainers in Vertress, even though he only fights 4:

Cameron

Lumiose Conference has the same issue, but this time it's supposed to have 6 battles instead of 4:

I guess, but what I'm asking is, who are the extra trainers there? Are they other rivals he didn't fight in the league in the anime?

Not everyone he fights in a league is a rival or significant. Some are just random trainers. In most leagues they don't show every fight, so I had to fill them in. He still fights as many as he is supposed to to fit his placement.

OK so are the trainers you added into the Sinnoh, Unova and Kalos leagues randos created for the game or rivals he didn't get to fight (like Bianca)?

Additionally, does he fight everyone in the league he's meant to, like Astrid in Lumiose Conference and Clark in Ever Grande, even though they're not proper rivals.

Whether they were rivals or not was irrelevant to me. What mattered was having him fight the people he fought in the show. I stayed as accurate as I possibly could, but sometimes I had to make people up because they didn't show anything. I would suggest watching a walkthrough of the game if you're curious about the details.

This page https://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/User:Rahl/League_Battles on the Pokemon website is also good for giving a quick summary. I used it as a guide when making the leagues.
