FireRed hack: Pokémon FireGold

The pokedex info of this hack says that you can evolve Seadra to Kingdra just by using Dragonscale on it, but I'm having problems to find one. I already have the 7th gym of Johto and still wasn't able to find at least one Dragonscale. There is a chance to steal one from horsea or seadra by using covet/thief, or there is another way?

You can ask that to luuma and dearman4, the creators of Altered Emerald and Emerald Final respectively about that.

That's right, it works like an evolution stone now. You get one in the radio tower, from the lottery guy.

Hey this game looks amazing I wanna try and hardcore nuZlock it on my first attempt on hard is there information about the gym leaders and e4 cuz I need to know there level so I know what my level cap should be would really appreciate it 😁

I just finished the radio tower part and saved before talk to the NPC girl tha give a Dragonscale and even mensione it to you in the dialogue, but the item given to me was an Up-Grade. And in the lottery game, the items are always King's Rock, Up-Grade or Metal Coat. I don't know if this was a bug just for me.

Thank you for drawing my attention to this.
I have identified the issue and it will be resolved in fixes for the new versions that will be released today/tomorrow.
I've found a few errors in movesets and would like to balance out some trainers for easy/hard modes so once I've done that I will upload.
 
Game freezes any time I try to use Dugtrio in Vermillion City Gym (luckily I used save/load state). Also, is Moltres supposed to keep spawning even after you catch it?

Please can you tell me what moves your dugtrio has?
Moltres should not reappear. will fix now.
 
Where do I go after talking to Mr Pokemon? The battling trainers are still blocking the way

Thanks this is perfect one last thing what's the champions Mon highest level and the final boss that replace red what's his highest level?

Okay I've bumped into an issue and that issue is the events aernt ensuing invest the game and made it to Johto got my starter and made it to Mr. Pokémon's house after getting the Mystery Egg I headed to Elm's lab I them talk to Elm but nothing happened he just said how was your Pokémon? Am I doing something wrong I'll see if I have the latest update too.

Dude, what am I supposed to do now? i got the egg from mr. pokemon, but nothing happens, the standard jotoh events don't happen after i caught the egg
 
I don't see Island 1,2,3. no rock mash, no water fall. not even mewtwo. won E4 but failed to open Mewtwo's cave. why is there no island 1,2,3,4,5,6,7?
