This looks very nice and neat. Neti, those banners are awesome! Anyways, i think i might have an idea ...You do not have to use it since its kind of lame.

In Pokemon Herb Green, you can have SHAYMIN as the main legendary pokemon.
In Pokemon Splash Blue, Manaphy can be the legendary pokemon of the game.
In Pokemon Flame Red, Heatran can flame up the game as the main Legendary Pokemon.

As i said before, you do not have to use it, its was just a quick thought. Good luck on this hack project!
