Pretty sure the only Electric type I've ever used is Raichu. He is by far my favorite Pokemon of the non-ubers.

Pikachu, Pichu are very cute, who doesn't like them??
 
A fair few of my favourite Pokemon are electric types and it's hard to pick a favourite :( If I were to narrow it down to the top 3 it would be Raichu, Jolteon and Zekrom. As for the absolute favourite well that changes quite frequently. Right now it would probably be Zekrom. Zekrom is a bit of a badass imo...
