How abt a pokemon that will change it stats, or type when its hp is at diff levels. The lower the hp, the stronger it will be or vice verse. And when it evolves, u can feed it a stone, the stone will determine its stats and types, like water stone may raise special, leaf will raise speed.ect.
A pokemon like a ditto but instead of transform, it has the ability "random", When it use that ability, it will change to any pokemon, even those the trainer has never seen.
The moves the "transformed" pokemon will be random. Just like ditto, stats will be the same. All pp of the moves will be at 10 instead at five. But the "ditto" will change back when its hp is too low.
Another one...
A egg pokemon that will hatch into a mini angel or mini devil when it hatches, depending on the time, sound so familiar, and when it evolves again, it will change into a arch-angel or a devil, depending on how many pokemon it kOed.
But you are not going to add any types rite....so maybe this is not practical. :disappoin
