It's possible yeah, can do almost anything with the decomp.

You can steal them off Audino or the elemental monkeys. Would suggest planting them after getting a few as that's much less of a grind than stealing them.

I think maybe it has to do with the fact that the free version only has 25 percentage of the features

1. That shouldn't be a problem. I'll do some testing before releasing 1.8.
2. That'd take hours! Probably better to wait until Slateport, trainers won't have EVs before then anyway (well except for Nosepass)
 
Uh I went from dewford to slateport with mr briney and then flew away before going to the pokemon center there cause I wanted to plant some berries before I went to bed. Now briney is stuck at slateport and I don't see him at dewford or petalburg and I cant get back to slateport. I believe my game is softlocked. Is there a walk through walls code or something so I can make my way there.
 
Hey there! I only just started playing your hack yesterday (excellent work btw, this is one of the coolest I've seen), but my game keeps freezing for some reason even though it worked just fine yesterday. I'm using mGBA, but I haven't been able to get further than the pokemon center in Oldale town, even though I already did the rival battle and the footsteps guy moved out the way. Every time I spend more than a minute or so in the game, it freezes and then mGBA stops responding. Am I doing something wrong? I just can't figure it out.
 
I'm using mgba as an emulator but I don't know how to check my iv's or ev's

To fix that all you need to do is lose a battle or use Teleport in the overworld to reset Briney's location. I'll update Fly to also do that automatically next patch.

Thanks! I don't know why this happens either sadly, it's only an issue for some people which makes it very hard to tell what the cause is. There's a known bug with mGBA that may cause it to crash when fastforwarding using the openGL driver, so you could try switching to the other option (Tools -> Settings -> Display Driver) and see if that helps.

I really love this rom hack and i look forward to what you do in the future with other games. I was a bit upset when i saw my favorite Pokémon as well as one of the most forgotten Pokémon Nidoking (and its line) and Nidoqueen (and its line) not receive buffs. I understand if you don't want to change it but I believe they could've had a better ability than rivalry for example Nidoking could've had Moxie. Anyways that is my only feedback/comment for the game but i love it

Thanks! I don't think Nidoking needs any buffs (Nidoqueen could have some stats moved to Sp Atk I guess). Sheer Force + Life Orb is really all they need and you can get both of those for them pretty early in this hack.
 
Is there a place where i can find details about the abilities/custom abilities as well as level up moves list. Its not in the docs.

Also another bug i found was that the game randomly crashes for me. Either exiting a battle or a house or just straight up during a battle. The screen turns black and makes some noises
 
can you please make it so trainers dont auto register in the nav? nothing more annoying than getting stopped randomly by phone calls
 
Is it intended for Vileplume to only have Chlorophyll as it's ability in this hack? Ability pill doesn't have any effect on Vileplume when I try to use it
Love the game so far!
 
Very cool rom so far.

The berry stealing effect of the move pluck doesn't seem to work. i'm using it on enemy mons that have sitrus/oran berries but the stealing effect doesn't activate which is annoying.

how does misdreavus evolve ? It doesn't appear in the documents.

10 oran berries to change nature seems a bit....long

Loving this rom so far! Playing through challenge mode on a mono ground team is super fun! (Storm drain stunfisk is hilarious and legit carrying me and i never thought i would be able to say that 😂)

One suggestion i have is that a berry merchant would be amazing. Im on an emulator that doesn't use real time clock (eclipse on IOS, don't have access to a computer for 45 days so this is the only one i can get working) and berries don't grow without it. Thieving audinos for oran berries is a bit… tedious. It's probably a pretty isolated problem, but just a suggestion, and it would save me so much time… like i said, loving the rom so far, keep up the great work 👍
 
Thank you so much for this hack. I haven't had this much fun with Pokémon since Black/White2.
