Rare is a new neutral nature made for PLGU that increases all the stats +1

still cant believe an earlier prototype of the latest pokemon game just got leaked 1 year after release, i am looking forward to more beta leaks like ruby and sapphire, black and white prototypes..but its bad for nintendo.
