There is a way easier way to do it, and also, you can move every single tile from Firered to Ruby with ease. It costs you Door Animations, and probably grass and Water animations too, unless you can move them round easily. But it looks good!

I'm just wondering, but why are you hacking Ruby version? Because wouldn't it be more logical to hack FireRed or LeafGreen? Because then you'll have a lot less glitches and such.

He just wants to make this hack unique...
Every yellow hacks are FR so Ruby one is unique
