There's a code for the Mystery Part (also known as the Enigma Part). Get it (and give it to your leader) and go to Aegis Cave- Deepest Part B5F. There you'll find Mew2. That is if you have darkness- if not... wait for the generator to come out.

You can't. You have to recruit Dialga, Palkia, Manaphy, and then unlock Marine Resort (so, recruit the time-space beings, kill Darkrai, wait for Manaphy to join the team, then work for a few days (game days), and Manaphy will come over to tell you about Marine Resort- the place for gummis)
