Pokémon Official TCG Online

    Have anyone of you been able to play the official TCG online from Nintendo? I'm trying to play it since months, but it never loads properly on my PC. I tried various web browers and stuff, but it just doesn't wants to load :(

    (I'm not posting the URL of that website cause I'm not sure if that would be against the rules here...though it's official).
     
    When I click on "Play Online", it just keeps on loading. And in the end, there's some error. My flash is up to date, and no scripts are blocked :(
     
    I don't see a button like that. Could you take a screenshot for me or tell me which part of it that is in?

    And what's against the rules is linking to other forums, linking to sites that have offensive content, linking to phishing and attack sites, and linking to specific sales. A link to this game is okay because it's a useful part of the community and isn't considered another forum for the purpose of the rules.
     
    well dont worry i have to say you arent missing much from -rage quiters,trade scammers,annoying chatwalls,annoying chatwall beggers,and the point that everytime you play it your computer gets slower- but if your fine with all that call it a blast as for your problem the site takes up craps loads of memory so your computer might just be slow try deleting cookies and past searches in ur conrol panel. unless you have firefox when it does that for u.
     
    After looking around on the site a bit, have you tried refreshing the page when it doesn't load?

    It shouldn't take up that much memory. It just needs a decent-speed internet connection because it's a Flash-heavy site.

    And to avoid all that stuff you just need to be smart and set up matches with people you actually know, trade with people you actually know, and not have tons of other web pages open at the same time!

    Simple as that, really!
     
    I tried reloading a lot of time, it always fails. All the 4 modes of games, along with the Collection and Deck Builder and Trade, nothing loads at all. I've tried various web browsers too, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Opera, Safari, Internet Explorer, same problem with each one. Cleared all the cache and cookies too, but no good.

    Did you update your Flash Player version?

    Your antivirus also could be blocking it.

    Connection might be too slow?

    Flash player up to date.

    Antivirus not blocking it.

    Connection is fast enough to play other flash games, and run other parts of site, PokéDex, etc.
     
    I have Windows 7 Home Premium.

    I'm myself a computer guy. The problem doesn't seems to be at my end. But I'd surely try all the ways you suggest me, to make it work.

    Recently they've started showing this message:
    "At this time, we are experiencing occasional 0% loading screens with multiplayer. If you experience this, keep refreshing and you will eventually get in! Thanks for your patience!"
    ...this makes me really sure that their beta game is very buggy. lol
     
    Alright I just filled the form in their support. Let's see how fast they respond. I'll post here as soon as my problem gets solved, so that others get the solution easily if they face similar issues. Thanks you both :)

    I agree with OP, I went there first time last night and it was a huge mess! I was just browsing through the tutorial videos after I created an account and it would not keep me logged in! It would log me out and log me in as guest. No matter if I logged the guest out and tried to log in it would just reload the page before. I recieved the same page as the OP. The site even says that they are having problems and to just keep refreshing the browser and it will eventually show. I did this at least 15 times and it did not show the correct format. I guess just give the site time to fix the bugs and/or what not.

    That's strange, because it was stable for a while before. Must be updating something in the code I guess.
