Spoiler:

• Fix officer text on Staghorn Town's west gate to reference the correct route.
• Fix error where the bicycle would not have any speed increase if the player did not alreaady have the running shoes.
• Change Houndour's spawn locations to appear slightly later in the game.
• Give Pinsir access to Thrash via level-up.
• Give Mandrabel access to Drain Kiss via a move tutor.
• Give Noctowl access to Moonlight via level-up, and Hoothoot access to it as an egg move.
• The Master Ball and Fossils can no longer be held by Pokemon.
• Fix error where the Weather Charm Guy on Route 20 would incorrectly act as an item ball.
  
• Rock-type Pokemon gain a 16% accuracy bonus when using Rock-type moves.
• Toxic will skip accuracy checks when used by a Poison-type.
• Toxic's accuracy has been reduced to 75, from 85.
• Rock Slide's accuracy has been reduced to 90, from 95.
• Stone Edge's damage has been decreased to 100, from 110.

• Fix an error where Counter and Mirror Coat would deal damage on a target switching out or using a non-damaging move.
• Fix an error where Rock-type Pokemon using a Rock-type move would have a chance to miss moves with 100 base accuracy.
• Fix an error where Lugia would load an incorrect fight if the player had Articuno, Zapdos, and Moltres marked as "seen."

Right after the battle? I genuinely have 0 idea what causes that issue. It's been reported previously, but I've never been able to trigger it myself.

Yeah, I'm another one who got stuck after the boat event too. Tried updating to the latest version, didn't work. Emulator used was BGB and M-GBA for reference. Noticed player sprite got messed up soon after female Rival started following you after her stuff got stolen, eventually unable to move at all after the battle + the Rival left (was able to open Menu screen tho). I suggest modifying the event if you can't find the cause, it really was a game-ruining bug

• Add Glow Scales as a held item for Butterfree. It will increase Butterfree's accuracy.
• Add Barbed Spear as a held item for Beedrill. It will increase Beedrill's critical hit rate.
• Raichu will now have its physical attack damage increased by 50% when holding a Light Ball.
• Toxic will no longer affect Poison and Steel-types when used by a Poison-type.
• Update TM compatibility for several Pokemon.
• Update level-up learnsets for several Pokemon.
• Fix Ferrodon's egg step cycle count.
• Fix error where the Trainer House could soft lock after being defeated.
• Scripts that check for an owned Pokemon will now correctly identify the Pokemon.
• Fix a signpost in the Safari Zone appearing incorrectly when exiting area 5.
• Fix a trainer on Sea Route 3 that could see the player through walls.
• Emily will pass through the player during her escort section.
• The Magikarp Bros will now properly check for Magikarp's happiness, and if it is owned by the player.
• Added an NPC to Route 1 that will give the player a hint toward intended progression.
• Update various tileset graphics and collision.
• Fossils can now be deposited into the PC.
• Update Bellossom's front pic.
• Fix Slowbro's back pic from appearing incorrectly.
• Fix error with Porygon2's shiny palette.
• Snubbull and Granbull now properly display their typing on the Pokedex.

I changed the link to a 1.20.1 hotfix, Safeguard was causing a crash.
The link has been updated once again to 1.20.2, fixing an error where the player will get stuck after completing events on board the SS Mako.

I've really enjoyed this hack so far Sea Tree. Its very good. There was one thing I wanted to ask if you're able to do though. The level cap thing for pokemon not listening to you added for the most recent big patch, i was kind of on the fence for. I definitely liked the no level cap on the earlier releases. I was wondering if you'd be willing to add an optional patch to remove that mechanic change since as an option if you're able to do so. Otherwise I really think you have something special with this rom. I look forward to more releases. Thank you!
