1st Gen Pokémon Red

So I recently unboxed some old games that I had laying around. One of them that I found was a Pokémon red for gameboy. This is not any ordinary Pokémon red, this one that I bought many years ago was mistakenly printed to a yellow cartridge.

It was made in Japan and the sticker is a bit different from the ones I've seen. There's no identifier on the left side. It says made in Japan instead. Cheap knock off perhaps? Idk..
Wonder if anyone else ended up with their hands on one of these.
