You wake up and it is finally your birthday.
Yet another rainy day in the gloomy Gruphasm Region..
This birthday is different though, after much thought and argument with your mother, you are finally allowed to leave your small town and set off on an adventure..
Your life-long friend is waiting for you outside, you have been waiting for her all day, she has essentially.. the most important thing you will need on your journey..
Your very own Pokémon!
Your journey starts off slow..
It seems like it will be fun and easy-going but..
This day will mark history for many..
Countless lives will be saved because of your actions..
Not only will you become the best that there ever was, you will prove it!
You will encounter many foes, people who want to watch the world around them burn..
Crime is at an all-time high, many powerful trainers use their Pokémon for evil deeds..
Will you succumb to those who light fires while the city sleeps?
Or will you succeed in defeating them.. to show them what true power is..

About Me

My name is Justin, I am 22 years old - this is my first attempt at hacking a ROM through and through.
I've loved Pokemon for quite some time, since around 1999, I've been playing hacks since about 2006 though and around 2013 I tried getting into my own ROM hack, but school and life took it's tolls..
Fast forward to around 2015, I had finished my classes so I've had lots of free time to teach myself, so I've been lurking ever since, trying to get the hang of things on my own..
That's really all that I can think of but if you had any other questions feel free to ask!

What program do I use to patch this?
You should use Lunar IPS! Patch it onto a clean FR v1.0 rom!

Are you going to finish this?
As of right now my answer is.. Yes! I don't have much going on and I have been dedicating several hours a day to the development of this game.. with that being said I could of course use some help!

What's next?

- Finish chocolating(?) the tiles - lol
- Modifying sprites for rivals main Pokémon(s)
- Find help Reworking battle sprites/Oak Intro Sprites/Some OW Sprites
