So I'm planning on using Hisuian Typhlosion as my starter. The docs say that Quilava must evolve at nighttime to reach this form, but what specific hours are considered to be nighttime and has anyone ever attempted to obtain Hisuian Typhlosion?

Day = 6am to 6pm
Night = 6pm to 6am
At least according to your in-game clock. If you set the clock correctly, and are on mGBA or another emulator that supports the RTC, then it should work fine.

I didn't play patch 1.0 but I thought 1.1 Alicia was plenty manageable....she was NOTHING compared to some of the fights in Unbound on higher difficulties.

I have now reached Ecruteak and am really enjoying the game so far! I don't think I've found any bugs, though I did semi-cheat and replay Whitney's challenge a bunch but lost to her intentionally so I could fundraise and get both thunderbolt and flamethrower from the game corner. You might want to find a way to limit the amount of money and exp you can get there if you want to keep the game on the harder side

I will post any other thoughts I have or if I find any bugs.

Holy jesus the Hisuian typhlosion backsprite is bad. Not a fault of the romhack itself I know, but fair warning to anyone else thinking of getting one. I'm seriously going to reset from my older save and play with a normal typhlosion.

Some suggestions that i have when playing this game is I hope in next update you can add options for auto run because it's bit hassle to push B it will be more efficient if the game can add that options, add for player to see iv/ev of the pokemon

Other than that the game is good although it's really unfortunate the game not include kanto. In the end thank you for this good game

I'd really love to see a cosmetic shift between time of day, things like that add SO much to the atmosphere of games.

Agree Yeah it's pretty random, most people's encounter after become champions

Haha, you just need raikou.
It roams around, but it's lv45. I'm pretty sure your lead mon has to be 45 or lower to encounter it.

No, just Kanto, Johto, hoenn, and sinnoh.

Most of the Hisuian evolutions are at night.


Mareanie are inside the underwater caves, like where you find fossils.


I checked and it's definitely an egg move that Totodile can learn. I wanted to add an egg move tutor, but it takes a ton of work. Maybe sometime in the future if I'm really bored lol.

Oh yeah I knew it was an egg move but considering how one would have to go through the whole game before one could access a dragon type made me settle for Agility over Dragon Dance in this case. Even then Life Orb or Muscle Band will make up for the loss of power in the end.

I think I found a major oversite; Togedemaru has no steel type attacks learnable I think. I went to the move relearner with one and it didnt so much as have even a non-canon setup (since it had no steel moves at all until Ultra Sun/Moon). Is Iron Tail or Iron Head available as a move tutor move? Because neither are listed in the TM list.

Thats a big oof, at least for the time being. I hope we have more move tutors in a future update to cover the moves one would pay colored shards for at some point considering.

BTW I got a shiny magnemite, and got lucky that its natre isnt too detrimental. With a relaxed nature, it can work well in a trick room team.
