Yeah even the hisuian forms as well. I saw that sneasler's cry had weavile's cry and overqwil's had qwilfish.

Actually I had to add some of the hisuian forms in myself since they didn't exist in the decomp when I started.
I just gave them similar cries since I had no way of making them myself.

Actually found out some of the cries were wrong, I think mostly just the galarian forms were affected. So got that fixed last night.


Haha, I forgot which NPC I replaced with the snowman.
And I know someone else in this thread said they traded with themselves to get all of the johto starters.

You're right... Found the post from the user. Apparently trading works with myboy on android. I couldn't get it to work with gpSP...

Yup... That's more less the case. 😄 And double battle mechanics aren't doing me any favors for that purpose...
Plus I just don't enjoy them as much... I'm terrible at multitasking... 😂

And I don't know if you intended it or not, but trades do work. Using MyBoy! and playing around with some save states etc I got all 3 Kanto starters, haha... Now I just need to do the same for Totodile and Chikorita and I'll have all the available starters.

That's what im doing to. I was in the middle of playing 1.2 but then I found out that 1.3 was about to release soon and I do want more items in my bag because I hate going to the pc for items. Sloo also did say that you won't be able to keep your old save file for the bag expanded to 120 items. If you want that then you will have to restart. For my guess I will think that 1.3 will be released this week or next week.

Really loving this romhack. Having issues getting the earthquake tm… I see where it is based on the images you posted earlier in the thread, but can't find how to get to that ladder. HGSS map says to go through the northwest island, but all the dive routes i've taken don't come up at that island. Any pointers would be much appreciated!

Edit: aye, might be this weekend. I just got to Darkoal now.

That one's always a pain. I have to look it up every time.
I'll put this in the FAQ in the first post too:
Go through the dive spot at the center of the islands and go up. You should emerge next to the top right island.
Next follow the red path to get Earthquake, and the blue path to get to Lugia in the image below:

Hello decided to check in to see the progres on the update reading the patch notes I see the next patch is pretty close, nice. It seems you scrapped the exp share in favor of a exp npc that you can battle repeatedly if I understood the notes right?

Is it possible to evolve Rockruff into the night version of Lycanroc? I tried to evolve it at night but it turned into the dawn version (even without having Own Tempo as ability).
If yes, is it time bound? What is the right time?

I defeated the League for a second time as well, and touched up Mega Feraligatr's backsprite a little.
Also downloaded Sneasler, Overqwil, etc. cries so they don't use pre-evo cries anymore.

You are correct.
They all share the same script and will change the pokemon they have the further you get in the game (miltank, clefable, chansey, blissey).
Blissey just grows you too many levels when you're at the first badge lol.

Night is between 6pm and 6am based on the in game clock. That's when you can evolve Rockruff to the night version.

Super lucky! I still haven't touched the shiny rates.
I found a shiny zubat on my last run, so used a crobat.
Note, if you use it: The nature change NPC will work on shinies, it just takes a few seconds. Give it a little time.

Yeah I got 2 badges already and I am using togekiss in my run and my hatched togepi had a jolly nature which is horrible on togekiss so I went to the lady in the violet city and changed it to timid :) I'm not going to use the shiny I got because raticate is weak and I got better teammates. It hasn't evolved yet because it's currently daytime in my country lol, so I have to wait until 7:00 to evolve it and to evolve my quilava to a hisuian typhlosion.

Sounds like you're running though pretty fast lol.
I used Hisuian Typhlosion on my last run, also changed its backsprite a little to make its ears look better.
Mega Hisuian Ty with overheat is pretty fun to use

Yeah I usually use the fast foward button most of the time lol. I am also going to use nidoking with sheer force and life orb. The contrary ability was my idea for you by the way! It's basically serperior with leaf storm but it's mega hisuian typhlosion with overheat and stronger.

Edit: Omg I just found a shiny clefairy! Is this a gift from Arceus or what? Prob not going to use it though because I'm not really a fan of it's shiny and I want to use Togekiss instead.

Hey, the items documents doesn't give a lot of details. I'm debating if I wanna do Totodile or Cyndaquil and part of it is gonna be based on if I can get Life Orb relatively early or it's a lot later in the game. The spreadsheet just says ruins of alph but in a previous attempt (had to update from 1.2) I didn't see the life orb there anywhere so it's either a hidden item, or locked behind either surf or story progress.
