Okay so the official japanese Pokémon card website released the first promotion for the Psycho Drive and Hail Blizzard sets, the third Black & White sets to be released in Japan on September 16th. Heres a look if you haven't seen already.
    Spoiler:

Now The upcoming issue of CoroCoro showed a sneak peek of the Mewtwo EX card and an additional promotional Stadium card: Battle City.
Here are the scans if you're interested:
    Spoiler:

Technically, there's a difference between ex and EX pronunciation-wise (ex is said "echks" and EX is said "ee-echks", though that Mewtwo card indicates that this is the latest spiritual successor to ex due to it having a ridiculously high 170 HP. It's even more like the old ex with what looks like a box saying your opponent draws two prizes for knocking an EX out in the corner of the card.

For a basic pokemon with HP that high, I wouldn't doubt that he has a 2 prize penalty for being knocked out. And some cards have a tendency to be reprinted or redone over time. Typhlosion Prime is a lot like Typhlosion ex, and although their abilities are different, their attacks are both nearly identical: 70/80 damage, discard an energy attached to itself and the defending pokemon. The tin promo one even has the same kind of art as Typhlosion ex, so remakes are not unheard of.

Translations (thanks to Bulbapedia and PokéBeach).

    Mewtwo EX - Psychic - HP170
    Basic Pokemon

[C][C] X-Ball: 20x damage. Does 20 damage for each Energy attached to both Active Pokémon.
[P][P][C] Psycho Drive: 120 damage. Discard an Energy attached to this Pokémon.

Pokémon EX Rule: When Pokémon-EX has been Knocked Out, your opponent takes 2 Prize cards.

    Weakness: Psychic (x2)
    Resistance: none
    Retreat: 2

    Mew2Phlosion? Oh yes :)

    Battle City - Stadium

You can play a Stadium next to your Active Pokémon once during your turn. If a Stadium with a different name comes into play, discard this card.

Once during each player's turn, that player may flip a coin. If heads, that player draws a card.

Indeed true, donavannj. Also consider that Mewtwo has an even more limited support structure than even ZPS, so his attacks will probably take at least 2 turns to pull off, leaving him in the clear to be KO'd. This also means that even if he does take down 1 pokemon, if he's taken enough damage in the turn before, he'll likely get knocked out, leaving him taking 1-2 prizes and his opponent taking 2 prizes. Even if he retreats, unless someone is trainer locking, he can be snatched up by pokemon catcher. This card will immediately fail against Reshiphlosions because it would take too long for it to KO Reshiram without being KO's itself, and if it hits a matchup against Typhlosion at 2 energies or a DCE, he can consider himself dead. Unless some miracle psychic supporter comes along to help him out, he's not going to be nearly as good as you would think.

More importantly Yanmega will destroy Mewtwo. Even if he uses an Emboar to power hit, he'd take 6 energies to 1-hit Yanmega since it doesn't use energies to attack. With all the Judging going on, it seems highly unlikely Mewtwo would stand a chance in the metagame. It might be able to wall Yanmega for 3 turns, but in all honesty it wouldn't serve a purpose beyond that, and Yanmega would probably have a card like Zoroark to take advantage of Mewtwo's energy stockpiling and decommission it for a quick 2 prizes.
