Emerald hack: Pokémon Team Rocket Edition: Dragonsden Version - Kanto/Sevii/Johto | Next release: DLC (season 4)

Is shroomish in the game anywhere?

I read that in the download contains a list of whats available, but since my emulator is playing the game without having it unzipped, I worry if I unzip now ill screw up my playthrough. Im just about to head to kanto.

I ended up getting a cranidos, and thats not in the scribd list I found in a Google search so im hoping someone has information on where I could find one.

Furthermore, if I could get the tinkatink line my entire team of 6 would be my top 6 favorites in all of Pokémon. Ive never had a game, since tinkatink's line was introduced, actually had my top 6 lines available. Would just be so badass if it, and shroomish is available.
 
How does this hack stack up with Fire Red Rocket Edition?

Just beat that hack, and was blown away how good it was. The humour, writing and story was peak. I also enjoyed the unique mechanics, morality system, and pacing.

Will this hack scratch the same itch?
 
I'm at English version, it says 1.5. Done Kanto and Sevi island, I'm now at the second gym in johto. How do you make pokemon get pass level 100?
 
i've played this hack a few time, enjoying it each time. But there is a thing bugging me. In ecruteak city, the door of the house between the 2 towers is blocked by a man saying "...". I have spoke to most of the characters i 've crossed each time i played the game but i don't find how to remove him to get in. Is anyone can help me ?

Thank you for the response, but I was meaning for people who don't have access to play RPGmaker games, we won't be able to play past Johto?

Such as everything past Johto will not be a gba rom hack? I don't understand the processes of hacking and what the actual difference is between the RPGmaker games and hacks, I just know my phone doesn't play RPGmaker games.

I hope that clarifies my question. Again, thanks!

The Spanish version that has Hoenn and the DLC Chapter is still a GBA game, my dude. Don't believe randos on Facebook, especially when most of them can't even doing something as simple as patch a game xD

As for the difference, RPG Maker games are not hacks at all, they are fan games. They are built from scratch using RPG Maker XP and a plugin called Pokemon Essentials. They officially are Windows only games, but can be played using Wine on Mac and Android via Joiplay, but it can be a hit or miss if they work without issues.

ROM Hacks are built upon an existing game, in the case for this game, Emerald. They are played using emulators or even actual hardware, and there are many different devices that can emulate. Such as phones, a modified Switch/3DS, retro handheld devices, modern handheld devices (like a Steam deck), and I even saw one dude managed to run an emulator on a smart fridge xD

Thanks for the in depth explanation! I've just always known RPGX games won't work on any equipment I own so I was like "oh no! I'm waiting for DLC and Hoenn for no reason now."

But you are right about Facebook, it was just the simple fact that multiple people agreed with the person about this game becoming an RPGX game after Johto, so I wanted to turn to the source.

Thank you - I truly cannot wait to play this game in its entirety
 
At this point DragonsDen has reached full legendary Pokémon status — sightings are rare, communication is minimal, but when he appears it's always worth the wait. Still hyped whenever the next English translation update drops.

That's how he's been more or less since the beginning

There's no point in updates unless it's close to release anyways, since the hack is complete. Just needs to be translated
