You can obtain some more before, in the bug catcher of Pewter City sidequest, and in the Johto berry trees since your first step in the region.

When only had Kanto and Sevii in Spanish, it was in Fire red binary.

I released Johto like that too, but the game started to show bugs and a lot and limitations, so I decided to port all the project to decomp, and in decomp, counting that I was planning to do Hoenn, pokeemerald expansion was the best option.

If I had kept the binary system, I could never have made it this far (DLC and Hoenn in spanish). In the best case, I would have uploaded a Hoenn arc, with less content, limitations and bugs.

There are some tips in the pinned comment:

1) Go to some patch web like this one: https://www.marcrobledo.com/RomPatcher.js/ (creator mode disabled).
2) In ROM file select the "1986 - Pokemon Emerald (U)(TrashMan)" version.
3) In Patch file select the UPs file contained the ZIP.
4) Apply patch

is there a manual way to increase EVs like how there's an IV changer?
 
Can someone please help with info about using this rom hack on delta? I try Empheris and select johto and it doesn't work. Has anyone been able to play on delta?

STARYU - 120 – Wild encounter using Surf in Route 25 (Kanto).

STARMIE - 121 – Evolution from Staryu using Water Stone.

There are infos about pokemon location in the folder relevant information, how to evolve them aswell if you need for later
 
Hey guys , with all the new Evolutions, does eviolite work also on pokemon like nidoking/queen or our crobat?

They can also be stolen from plenty of different boss and mini-boss trainers throughout the Kanto portion of the story, using Thief (a TM obtainable as soon as Mt. Moon is reached, one of the first things you'll do in Kanto).

As mentioned, only the Male Deep Bond Crobat is accessible to players at the current time.

If I remember correctly, you'll need to select a language flag from the one channel you have visible (the one with the flags, I think). It's been a while since I joined, so I hope that's correct.

From my understanding and experience, it does. This really helps a lot of Pokemon be more resilient, which is super useful.

You get 1 Eviolite for free, and can start stealing more via Thief against plenty of boss and mini-boss trainers throughout the middle portions of Kanto.
