    1st Janaury 2025 - Happy new year! Beta 2 work is released. Work on Beta 3 (5 gyms) has started.

    Who am I
    I'm Shahar/Shachar700, I've been in pokecommunity since 2014.
    I reported bugs to Lucbui about Glazed and beta tested Dark Fire.
    After many years of messing around with rom hacking it's time I publish something out there.
    This rom hack has been restarted many times but thanks to Archie's community, they got me to complete its 1st beta for it.

    Story
    Unravel the story behind Celebi's special powers to travel through time and see the truth about your region's history. You've reached the age of starting your very own adventure and get your very first Pokémon. In the meantime, An evil organization called Team Smash wants to take control over the region by having Celebi in their hands. Will you save Celebi and stop the mysterious organization and learn the truth about your past? Mysteries and difficult puzzles await...

    Features
    * Venture into a brand new region, LAVAN, based on the LEVANT region. Explore new cities, routes and caves.
    * Brand new story and mysteries about the mythical time traveling Pokémon Celebi.
    * After LAVAN Pokémon League you'll be traveling to HOENN with new towns, new gym challenge, and new plot.
    * Pokémon from Generation 1-3
    * physical/special split, fairy type, more moves
    * Difficulty meant to be challenging but fair.
    * Brand new rivals that will give you run for your money and accompany you along your journey.
    * Good old Emerald music
    * Travel through time! Learn the history of the region and of your own.
    * Legendary Pokémon are located in sacred places of the region.

    Base: Pokémon Emerald (Trashman) Apply the patch onto clean the base using a rom patcher.
    This demo has 3-5 hours of play time on fast forward, 10-15 hours on casual play, includes 3 badge and ends at the end of Route D.

    This looks pretty cool, I actuall appreciate you not adding new mons since there are way too many hacks now that just want to add as many Pokemon as possible, which makes the game feel too cramped. Congratulations on finally getting a demo out!

    Finish the game the beta not perfect but have potential

    Sprite: for new character you need to use original sprite i think because to make the game more distinct and not confuse with character from original game since there hoen in map

    Tileset: you can use more costume tilesset to build the world so it more fresh

    Pace: suddenly get challenged by someone in the forest really remind me of Pokémon glazed, i think you can use this if there some build off before this so the rival not become forgettable character like rival in pokémon glazed

    About the rivals they will all have new sprites and bigger part in the story later on.

    The tilesets are used in a way that will hopefully make each area distinct. Mountains, Paths, Rivers, Trees, etc...
    There will be more tilesets for more diverged areas such as Snow and Desert.

    This really has great potential but, I'd like to point out some things
    I know this is your first hack and it may come of as rude but you should make (or get help to make ) new sprites. It will make the game feel fresh and other than that this is a really great game.

    Hi everyone, just downloaded the rom yesterday. After the first badge, i headed East to find a scientist in the grass with team rocket. After talking to him and getting the Devon parts, he disappears but now i have no clue where to go. There is no road anywhere. Either i need the bike, or rock smash in the cavern? Help plz

    There's a sign there at the middle of route C that says it's the end of beta 1.
