Pokémon XP/Orange - What is it?

    Well, i've just been reading a few threads and Pokémon XP/Orange has been mentioned a few times. It sounds interesting so does anybody have any screenshots or the official website or a download link or even a description of it. Apologies if this has been asked before but this is for my own personal knowledge thanks if you have anything to share and thanks for reading anyway.
     
    Pokémon XP was a Pokémon game making engine, and Pokémon Orange (Not bob5000's one) is a project planned to be made in Pokémon XP.
