Just a normal Eelektross? Could give that to you for nothing. Deposit something simple into GTS. Catch something wild that is level 20+. (Reduces the odds of running into hackers while looking for it. Do not deposit anything valuable like a shiny, of course.) Request an Eelektross.

Post when you do that (and what you put in). Will fulfill it when able. Saves the hassle of being online at the same time.

Could also do a person-to-person trade, if you really want. Lists that information below now, just in case.
