With a series of graceful steps, almost as if he were dancing, Luther evaded the stones heading in his direction. He turned to face his attacker, the entity that called itself Missingno. Luther smiled.
"You say we force them? That's quite a statement, coming from you," he said with a chuckle. "Tell me, then. How is what you're doing any different?" Luther ended his statement with a step forward. He continued to walk, speaking as he did so.
"You're enslaving them, forcing them to attack us. You've rendered our technology useless. Some of our 'domesticated' pokemon don't actually listen to us, you know. That alone is proof enough that they are not our tools. They have their own will, and can do as they please."
Luther struck a dramatic pose, and pointed menacingly at Missingno. "You've stripped them of their free will. You're worse than any of us! Monster, you don't belong in this world!"

From the ground, it appeared as a speck rapidly moving through the sky. Dragonite continued its flight, Sootopolis City now entering its field of vision. It easily supported the weight of its two passengers. The gusts of wind generated by its powerful wings dispersed a flock of passing Spearow, who plummeted downwards for a few moments before regaining their original flight path.
He better not be wasting my time, Sabrina thought to herself.
