Notes: I got this guy off the GTS as a haunter. She's shiny and I want to make sure she grows up nice and strong. If you do movesets at all I want shadow ball, thunderbolt, focus blast, and explosion. If not, just please make sure to leave thunderbolt on there as it took me a long time to get the coins for it heh. Thanks!
