Pokérus through GTS

Strange thing...
I was trading off a Butterfree for A Beedrill (For the Exp boost)

I checked 5 minutes later and got A Beedrill who happened to have Pokérus! (First time for me.)

Has this happened to you?

Nope, not to me! but in Pearl, that wild Drifbloom thing gave my team Pokérus for the first time :)

Nic, but not a HGSS-specific topic as I can see people saying how they got Pokerus from other games (like above). So going to move this to Pokemon General Gaming.

And I've never even got pokerus in the 4th generation games....
I did battle a number of people with convenient pokerus though.

I got Pokerus naturally and used it to my advantage for trading :D

Now, if I could only find my Diamond cart...
