YEP... the next demo update is definitely not going to be ready by the end of January. There are far too many tasks left to do and far too many scenarios to test and QA. The checklist itself is almost complete, but implementing everything is a different story.

Still shooting for the first half of February.

Whoops. So frequently caught up with work lately that I forget to post updates here.

Meet the 18 instructors for each Pokémon type:

• Originally there were supposed to be 3x instructors for each generation. However, we ended up swapping out Sidney (Gen. III) for Karen (Gen. II) to cover Dark-type. We just threw our arms up and didn't bother reassigning characters for representation purposes. Now the ratio is 3/4/2/3/3/3.
• We had to use Valerie as the Fairy instructor due to there being a lack of notable Fairy trainers in the games. This is understandable since the type is brand new. Too bad, those who wanted more Valerie potential.
• In relation to the previous point, we did joke about using the Fairy Tale Girl trainer class as an instructor. But that ship sailed almost immediately.
• Not every instructor here will retain their in-game personalities. As you might know, many of their personalities are quite similar (therefore bland) with only a couple of quirks here and there that add a sprinkle of uniqueness (e.g. the extravagant Fantina and her lack of knowledge regarding local culture). We plan on adding some little twists to the boring ones.
• We chose Lenora over Norman in order to stay true to Norman's tendency to prioritize running a Gym and spending less time elsewhere. Don't worry about what's going on with Gyms in their respective regions. It's not important to the overall plot. Assume they're being maintained by others.
• Yes, you will be able to interact with instructors outside of the designated class periods.
• Clair, Winona, Wallace, Grant and Valerie are recent academy graduates who jumped straight into teaching (so age group early-20s).

So, I made an account just to ask a few questions, as well as to follow the development of this game; it caught my attention on youtube, and I've been thinking about it ever since:


1. Will Rosa be romanceable, and what year will she come in?*
2. Same for Cynthia.*
3. Will there be ecchi CG, or just standard affair?
4. What are a few examples of characters that cannot be romanced?
5. Will you be considering voice acting. (I noticed the voiced dialogue option when you press v)
6. Will you still be able to form relationships with people not in your classes?
7. Will any teachers be romanceable?

I won't blame anyone for Tl;Dr. XD
(only the questions with * next to them reflect my personal interests. The rest are for my friends.)
