We'll leave off from Moonlight, Umbreon can learn that technique. Being a night creature its only fitting that it could learn moonlight.
 
Faint Attack hmm.... Spinda can learn this attack very early. lol, just looking at it makes me dizzy.
 
Mew learns Pound, at birth.
 
Hyper Beam can be taught to Dodrioo too.
 
Magenton learns Tri Attack too.

Uhh, I guess I'll leave off at Psychic, Chansey can learn it through the power of TMs. For furture posts I encourage other members playing here to bold in the word they're referencing. I think it'll help make things a little less confusing. Got it? Good...:P.
 
Hmm..
Exploud can learn stomp, its one of the best flinch attacks available too.
