Pok?mon Channel

    Think about it...with all the episodes and movies pok?mon has out(and more to come), wouldn't it be cool to see a POKEMON CHANNEL on like, digital cable or satelite or something? It would play ALL THE EPISODES (including chronicles) and air the NEW episodes giving more space on Kids WB! And they could make more news shows and game strategy shows on there to...not to mention air the Pok?mon TCG championships and stuff like that...Someone should make a petition for a POKEMON CHANNEL! ^^ That would be AWESOME and they'd have SO MANY VIEWERS! XD
     
    I would love it if they did that, they could also show Pokemon Movies.
    If they did do that, which I don't think they will, I bet Australia wouldn't get it XD
     
    Well, about the "not being able to fill a 24 hour block thing" Oh...I think they could if they really wanted to...I mean, look at Disney Channel...they have like, a 6 hour block that keeps repeating itself throughout the day/night...and also, they wouldn't have to play the eps in order...just random ones at random times...y'know...to mix 'em up ^.o

    And it would be AWESOME(if they ever even MAKE a pok?mon channel) that the new episodes air on THERE instead of Kids WB or whatever...ON FRIDAY NIGHT! I dunno why, but that seems like the PURFECT time to air a new episode of a cartoon...(I prolly feel this way from watching "Cartoon Cartoon Fridays" way back when -_-)...But yeah...and they'd play movies every now and then...and because of the lack of movies compared to episodes, they can put the special eps (like the lugia kidnapping ones and the red gyrados ones) on and smoosh them together LIKE a movie ^^ Smart, no?

    I have thought about it.
    And I decided, despite how much I'm devoted to the series, that a Pokemon channel would be a bad idea

    First of all, not all of us Pokemon fans have dvrs or other digital video recording devices out there, some of us dont even have too many tapes! And I bet everytime something good comes on on Pokemon and someone doesn't have the Pokemon boxset dvds or didn't download an episode. So having all that Pokemon would be an overload. Believe me, sometimes I take breaks from Pokemon too, I do things like play Mariokart, go to other forums, practice my spriting and drawing skills and discuss the BSC with many other internet dwellers who are much older than me.

    Another thing is that, what would be on during the nighttime, as an example from 11:00 PM to 6:AM? I doubt Pokemon would get too many viewers during that time because adults and the elderly dont really care about an anime about children catching creatures and battling them. They rather watch scientific shows or (knowing lots of elderly) infomercials.

    I know, they could probably pull it off for an entire month but after that week we'd have tons of repeats. I just feel it would get to repetitive and people would just decide to break away from the fandom

    But, having a channel entirely dedicated to anime. Now that's a very good idea, especially if it were at least on basic cable. Right now, they have the channel "Anime on Demand". They have a lot of tv shows on demand now, but not everyone has "on demand". And having a channel dedicated completely to anime would kind of.... give anime the push into American society it needs.

    Nah, it's a bad idea... there's only about 400 episodes, that'd last a week, so they'd play each episode 52 times a year.
     
    But you people don't understand what I am saying.....the channel wouldn't be ALL episodes...it would be things like pokemon news and game strategies and stuff...along with episodes....mostly the episodes though U^_^
