I'd probably say Plusle and Minun, since they are pretty much twins. Plusle's the sister and Minun's the brother, going on the basis they are the female and male player's partner Pokemon respectively in Pokemon Ranger.

I've always thought that it would be cool to have humanoid Pokémon like Gardevoir is a friend or sister just because it would be cool to hang out and go to cafes and stuff. I'd also have Gothorita as a sassy little sister. Lurantis would also be my sister. I'd love me a cute mantis sister.
