We don't treat you like your on the team, because, well... You don't really make any animations or anything for us. If you do more, we will treat you more like your on the team. And if you want help, be sure to specify exactly what you need.

i am also pokefan345 on serebiiforums, but i have no idea what you are talking about. i have no idea how to make userbars.
