I wonder what happened to the whole "If you fail to kill anyone in 3 days, you will automatically be killed off by The Brotherhood." rule? Forgot to implement it or what?

That was from the start of the competition. It's not a rolling rule.

It is the first iteration of the PC Assassin, so things like this are bound to happen in order to lay down more concrete rules and for things to flow better.

Get them into a conversation with you/ someone you know and ask them about the skin they use. :D
