Pokecommunity Cup Qualifiers

Its a best of 3, so it could be 2 or 3 times. Basically play until one of you wins twice. Not in a row, but twice altogether.

Does anyone know a list of the ubers that's not allowed in pokecommunity battles? Maybe that would help us all out.
 
here are the Ubers:

Mewtwo, Mew, Wobbuffet, Lugia, Ho-oh, Latios, Latias, Groudon, Kyogre, Rayquaza, Deoxys(all but Speed), Dialga, Palkia, Giratina, Manaphy, Darkrai, Shaymin, Arceus.
