Hey guys. Okay. So- I'm currently trying to complete my Pokedex in my Pearl version. Right now I am looking for the Hoenn starters and the Kanto starters. Can y'all help me please?

4th Gen Pokedex help

Your best bet is to migrate them from FRLG or RSE.
The cool thing about this is that once you have the national dex in DPPt and access to the Pal Park you can do it immediately (provided your DS has a GBA slot).
The best way to do this is to start a new game in the GBA games select the starter you want get to the point where you can catch Pokemon and catch six of them, put five of those and your starter in the PC and migrate them to Pearl. Rinse and Repeat.
If you don't have these games or a GBA slot in your DS you'll have to trade for them, if your friends have them breed them with ditto and trade them over.
Otherwise Pokemon Global Link will be your best bet.
