I don't know whether to say Sabrina was good or not, she might have became easy to defeat when she become good. Otherwise, I'd say she was quite hard to defeat as well. Ash only got the badge by exploding a bomb in her face XD
 
True, but Whitney isn't psychic.

Anyway, Ash isn't a faker but a "liar". Making promises to all of those people... *sigh*

Well, for Koga, did you realize he didn't actually do ANY damage to ANY of Ash's Pokemon? He only inflicted status conditions...it's so stupid!

Whitney was cool, Ash got his butt kicked!

Sabrina is unbeatable, Kadabra was dead, and used freaking recover. IF there was PP in teh game, she would have 20. Since there isn't PP, Ash's pokemon would be like all so tired they would drop from exaustion ;)

And yes, Ash is a faker...
 
I would have to disagree. There are more than just one member of the legendaries. For instance, they say that Articuno appears to those who are about to die in the mountains. Lots of people will do that in different parts of the world. And unless Articuno has more than just one member in that species, or can teleport magically to those specific spots I doubt that one bird can do that.

We also saw that in the movie the Lugia that appeared was obviously male. In an episode (I think it was the Specials) we saw Team Rocket capturing a female Lugia and her offspring. More evidence that there is more than just one indevidual.

Giovanni had a fossilized eyebrow of a Mew. Yet when we see Mew, he seems to be completely in tact. That alone can be determined as the fact that there have been more than one Mew on the Earth. The only exception to this would be Mewtwo, being the only pokemon with one member to his species because he was genetically created, not born. Considering the fact that pokemon obviously age and eventually die I doubt that the pokemon can survive without reproducing, which would be impossible without different members of the same species. In the games, they don't allow us to breed them because they obviously are stronger and would make the game easy and boring.

There were also two Deoxys in the other pokemon movie.


As for Primeape, he is training, but still belongs to Ash. Though considering that we haven't seen him, we probably never will. A perminant version of Wally and Ruru, who kept the Ralts even though it belonged to Ruby for a while, despite different circumstances and a different outcome.

Edit:
In the manga many of the trainers have legendaries. Blue has Articuno, Zapdos and Moltres, Misty has Suicune, ect. I don't see the balance of the world ending in the manga.

As for the gym leaders I can understand that they made them stronger in the anime, but weak to strong in the games. It still leaves quite a few plotholes, though. Obviously the gym leaders have to start out weak in the game for us as we build up our teams, but it still doesn't completely make sense for in the anime. The logic is very hazy.

^ Well, you have to remember that the animé=/=manga. Plus the fact that they (the manga) follows the game much more.

itam1234: I didn't remember the actual battle (I have to watch it again). If the battle was really that bad, than Kanto only had fillers and about 3 gym battles to save it.
 
From what I rememember, Golbat tries to Bite Charmander and Charmander uses Fire Spin...and wins.

Try to watch Movies 2 and 4 and the episode For ho-oh the bells toll
In the 2nd movie, when Lawrence capture Articuno, Moltres and Zapdos started fighting for the piece of the island. Which lead to almost destruction of the shimunti(sp) island

Movie 4, when Celebi, was dying and the healing lake was dirty, who saved them? Suicune. Imagine someone caught that Suicune, what would happen to Celebi?

The episode For ho-oh the bells tolls, Morty said that Ho-oh created Entei, Raikou and Suicune to watch over the friendship of humans and pokemon.

And Why would people want Ash to have a legendary anyways?
I started to like sinnoh because Ash actually have good battles and sometimes loses and learns more about how to become a better trainer. Imangine Ash having a Mewtwo and Deoxys. You know how boring it will be. And if Ash still loses, watchers, will get mad and start complaining, How can a *insert a pokemon here* beat a legendary.
 
The anime is getting tedious *eye twitches* THEY'RE JUST RECYCLING THE SAME CRAP OVER AND OVER AGAIN! God, by this time, Ash SHOULD already be a Pokemon Master, but NOOOOOO, they have to make Ash a complete idiot who loses every Pokemon League confrence to a friend who becomes a rival, and never tries to catch a ledgendary pokemon LIKE WE DO ALL THE TIME IN THE GAMES! I miss the old Pokemon with Ash, Misty, and Brock, when the anime was good, now it's HORRIBLE, IT'S ALMOST ALL FILLER EPISODES, NO ACTUALL PLOT!!!!!!

Once in a while, the anime should try SOMETHING NEW, NOT RECYCLE THE WHOLE POKEMON LEAGUE OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN! And Team Rocket should really find a new job (or at least get a spin off show)

Why can't the anime be more like the games........

If you read the post before.
DP battle dimension barely have any fillers!
They actually have character development through mini-arc.

Ash loses is because, other trainers are stronger than him.
Remember Ash isn't the only one training for along time.
Just look at Ash's new rival Paul.
He's been to every region Ash has been.

And for the love of....Who cares if Ash doesn't get a legendary!
That would ruin the whole show. You talk about Fillers. Imagine Ash having a legendary. All the episodes would just be like fillers.

Oh for the love of....why does every pokemon fans want a main character to have a legendary.
Who cares if there is more that one legend.
Ash, Brock and the region girl will never ever get a legendary!
because that would cause the downfall of pokemon.
Everyshow will be about the legendary. it'll be like a filler >_<

Ash, Brock or the region girl WILL NOT get a legendary.
If they wanted to give them a legendary they would have done that long time ago.
